Mohan Ratwatte, a distinguished planter and esteemed figure in Sri Lankan agriculture, boasts a rich legacy deeply rooted in the lush landscapes of Dumbara Valley in the Central Hills of Sri Lanka. Hailing from a family immersed in agricultural traditions, Ratwatte's passion for his homeland's farming community is palpable. His expertise in backward integration has been pivotal, particularly in fostering connections with local farmers while sourcing agricultural products.

Ratwatte's educational journey began at St. Peters College, Sri Lanka, before embarking on advanced studies in Agriculture at the University of Florida, USA.

His visionary leadership led to the creation of the renowned Sri Lankan multigrain cereal powder, Samaposha, which has garnered global acclaim and reached markets far and wide.
